Round Fiberglass (FRP) Columns Plain Shaft Load Bearing Specs

Here are the load bearing specifications for fiberglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) columns. Load capacities are vertical centered only. If your engineering requires lateral or lift loads, such as a free-standing pergola, you will need to put a structural post inside the columns. Split columns have no load bearing capacity. That's usually not an issue because split columns are generally used where another form of support (post, pillar, wall) is available.
